Membership
The College Student Personnel Association (COSPA) is the college student affairs graduate student pre-professional organization. COSPA supports the college student affairs graduate program by providing peer support to graduate students in the CSA program, and by organizing out-of-class professional and social activities. COSPA strives to prepare College Student Affairs Master's candidates with the social skills necessary to excel in the field of Student Affairs by providing opportunities to attend conferences, socialize, and use their professional skills through a variety of activities in order to develop the highest caliber of graduate from EIU's College Student Affairs Program.
