Diagnostic Services

  • Speech-language diagnostics are typically scheduled Friday mornings during the Fall and Spring semesters, and Tuesday mornings during the Summer. These evaluations usually require two hours.
  • Audiological diagnostics and speech and hearing screenings are scheduled by appointment.
  • The fee for a speech-language evaluation is $200. Payment is to be made at the time services are rendered and checks should be made payable to Eastern Illinois University.
  • The fee for a hearing evaluation is $35. Payment is to be made at the time services are rendered and checks should be made payable to Eastern Illinois University.
