Outstanding Faculty Award for the College of Sciences

The College of Sciences Student Advisory Board recognizes an outstanding faculty member from the College of Sciences each year. The awarded faculty member is honored at the annual ScienceFest event by the nominating student or COS-SAB member.

To submit a nomination:

1.) Answer the 5 short answer questions

2.) Write an optional essay

3.) Deliver to the College of Sciences Office (Old Main 2118)

4.) Provide cover page with contact information

Nominations are due March 1, 2006. Applications can also be obtained from the COS-SAB website at http://www.eiu.edu/~colsci/sabcos/sab.htm. It is recommended applications are typed; however, written applications are accepted. If you choose to type this nomination, please limit your response to 4 pages double-spaced.
