The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and the Council on Faculty Research would like to congratulate the faculty members who have received 2008 Summer Research and Creative Activity Awards. The Council received 44 grant proposals. The College of Sciences submitted 19 proposals; 12 were funded. The College of Arts and Humanities submitted 18 proposals; eight were funded. The College of Education and Professional Studies submitted four proposals; two were funded. The Lumpkin College of Business and Applied Sciences submitted three proposals.
