Student Teaching Packet
These forms are for Fall 2008/Spring 2009 Student Teachers.

* All completed packets are due in the Student Teaching Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 3, 2007.

* Below are links to online versions of the forms and informational pieces from the Student Teaching Packet CD ROM students received at an Application to Student Teach meeting.

* Students MUST attend an Application to Student Teach Meeting the Fall semester PRIOR to the Academic Year (AY) they plan to student teach.

For example, if you plan to student teach in Fall 2008 or Spring 2009, you must attend an Application to Student Teach Meeting during Fall 2007.

* APPLICATION TO STUDENT TEACH MEETINGS ARE NOT HELD IN SPRING SEMESTER.

* Packets are NOT ACCEPTED from any student who has not attended an Application to Student Teach Meeting and turned in an application.
