2001-2004 Title XI Gender Equity Surveys
Eastern collects survey data and other types of information as part of a process required by the U.S. Office of Civil Rights to monitor whether the university is providing equal opportunities for its students. Longitudinal data and other information suggest that Eastern currently is fully and effectively accommodating the interests and abilities of its women students to participate in intercollegiate athletics.

67 of 714 (9% of the Fall 2002 Transfer Female Students)
853 of 1499 (57% of the Fall 2002 Freshman Female Students)

81 of 665 (12% of the Fall 2001 Transfer Female Students)
262 of 1184 (22% of the Fall 2001 Freshman Female Students)
