The purpose of this survey is to obtain your perception of the foundation knowledge and skill level as defined by the American Dietetic Association (ADA)of each DPD alumnus currently completing your DI. As this student’s Dietetic Internship Director, your perception of his/her knowledge and skill level is valuable to us as a component of continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of our Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) at Eastern Illinois University.
