We have made 2 types of instructions available for Citrix users: Video Tutorials and a downloadable PDF.

Notice:

Updated video tutorials are coming soon.  While watching the following videos disregard the installation of the Streaming Client (it is not licensed for use and therefore not needed).  Also, students should read the login instructions found at the web interface login page.  The URL eiuapps.cats.eiu.edu is mentioned in the videos below, please just go to www.eiu.edu/~cats/citrix for all info pertaining to citrix.
