TECnet (Technology Enhancements on Campus through Networking, Education, and Training) is an on-campus network of individuals collaborating to help others effectively integrate technology into their academic programs through increase in knowledge and enhancement of skills.
The TECnet umbrella covers instructional technology-related professional development, training activities and informational seminars available to Eastern faculty and staff.
Mission Statement
TECnet’s mission is to offer professional development through technology-related instruction along with training activities and informational seminars. These services, which incorporate the training of our diverse network of experts, are available to Eastern faculty, staff and graduate assistants.
In addition to these sessions, TECnet gathers and disseminates resource materials to assist the technological development of our participants. As we provide avenues to increase campus instructional technologies, knowledge and ability, we also provide support for the integration of that technology.
