 DEADLINE to submit packages is Friday, February 20, 2015 


All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Diane Smith at dksmith2@eiu.edu.    

To receive a full refund for paid registration, cancellations must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m., (Central Time) on Thursday, February 12, 2015.  

Cancellations made by email between 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) on Thursday, February 12, 2015 and 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) on Friday, February 20, 2015 will be subject to a $50 charge to offset preparation costs.  

No refunds will be issued to any cancellations made after 12:00 p.m. (Central time) on Friday, February 20, 2015.
