"The world was my oyster, but I used the wrong fork." -- Oscar Wilde

Having the right "finesse" skills is important!

Knowing the difference between a soup spoon and a dessert fork can make a difference in the job market!

It's important to get polished and learn "finesse" skills.   How you conduct yourself in a social situation can be critical to your job search process!   It is not uncommon for an interview to take place or a meal.

Do you know what foods to avoid?  How do you know what to use when you face a battalion of knives, forks and spoons??
