SFAREGS- registration schedule (shows registration codes)/change major/list curricula for major and cat. yr.
Can do a name search – fill in term, last name, enter. Hit down arrow in ‘search results’.  

SFASTCA- registration log/activity, when, how, can tell who registered them to course

SFASLST- view class roster, or the class wait list

SFAMASS- use to get a ‘condensed course roster list’ (like SCHD) of all students RE, RW, WL, or do a Query to isolate: Execute ‘Query’ Code Box- enter query RE or R %- to just get reg. students, or, WL, or do mass drops!

SFAREGQ- student class schedule with meeting times, buildings, rooms. can get this next screen via options button

SFARHST- registration history, latest courses listed at top.

SSASECT- section details on a course (like the ‘look up classes in self service Banner, & OLCO,OLCC,OLCM mainframe)
Fill in yr/term, click to fill in CRN field, isolate a subject in pull-down subj. box, click execute query.
Raise or lower enrollment by choosing (1) options (2) course section info (3) then enrollment info (4) hit save

SOAHOLD- hold details, also view in self serve, the advisee listing, a column for “holds”, or in SFAREGS

SPAAPIN- find alternate PIN #s

SPAPERS- birth date, citizenship, ethnicity etc.
 
SGASTDN- residence, class, major and catalog year; (like smo1 & smo2).  To check a student’s EIU4 status, if student is in Honors, Gateway Trio or Boost Program
 
SGAADVR- shows student’s advisor name, let Records Office know if advisor needs added or changed

SOAIDEN- person search,   SOAHSCH- high school gpa

SSASECT- to set wait list number, and close wait lists

SPAIDEN- names, address, PH#, email, ethnicity, citizenship, b-day, E #s, SS#s
(Hit the down arrow in name to get the multiple choices of last names)  File-‘direct access’ to get new students names.

SAASUMI- admissions form  
                             
SHATERM- G.P.A (make sure course level box shows Undergrad/fill in the start term/use “options” for term GPA and course detail, or choose current academic standing for term and Cum gpa and credit hrs.)

SHACRSE- credit hrs (EIU courses only/ will give course titles and grades)

SOATEST- ACT scores, EWP, teacher Ed progress

SOAPCOL- Colleges attended, % put in to truncate the search (ex. Student name search Dawson, DO%).

SHATRNS- transfer credits

SHADEGR- Appl. for graduation

SHADGMQ – shows degree summary information

SZADARQ – Audit request          

SZADARO – DARS audit view

FOR course status – AU audit, DD drop/delete, DR dropped registration, DT drop from term, DW drop web, RE registered, RW registered web, WL wait listed, WO withdrawal office, WW withdrawal web
