Conferences are housed in University Residence Halls are available from late May through early August. Eastern's guest housing facilities are designed to meet your needs and provide the following:

• Clean, comfortable rooms-single or double rooms are available.
  
• 24 hour emergency service with on-call professional staff.
• Air-conditioned facilities.
• Lounge areas/TV rooms.
• Centrally located bath and shower facilities on each floor.
• Linen service available upon request(blankets, pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels, and amenities).

• Recreational equipment located in each hall lobby (pool tables and video games).
• Residence hall front desks open in each hall from 8am-12am for your convenience.
