The Business Office has created a new report for you in Argos. It is in the Financial Manager Reports and it is shown as FAAQS.
FAAQS stands for Financial Account Authorizations Query System. Training about this new report is July 28 and 29 and can be registered for by going to

Reminder:
University FOAPAL forms (New FOAPAL, New Grant FOAPAL, Changes on a FOAPAL) are used to request and gain access for University employees to University Financial system organizations and funds for the purpose of performing specified accounting tasks with University monies budgeted to these orgs and funds. The Financial Manager responsible for the org/fund must sign the form giving his or her permission to the employee for access to the org/fund. The form itself is passed to the appropriate people in the Business Office whose responsibilities are to note and verify changes in Financial Managers, grant employee access to orgs/funds in the Banner Finance Module, keep track of P-Card and Office Max transactions and verify signatures on requisitions, invoices approvals and payroll documents. All of this information is available to the Financial Manager and other employees who need it in Argos in the FAAQS system.
