ARGOS reports for Banner Financial Managers and their delegates are now available. The Business Office has recently launched new reports via the ARGOS reporting tool. These reports are specifically geared towards assisting with the management of unit organization budgets. Currently two reports are available, (1) financial transactions by Year-to-Date and (2) financial transactions for a selected month.
University Related Organizations, URO’s (The Foundation & The Alumni Association) and University Agency Funds have separate reports.
In order to access your reports you must first down load the ARGOS software to your desk top. This will only need to be done once on each computer.
Click on ARGOS, and follow the instructions to install.
Once ARGOS has been installed you may execute your Financial Manager reports. Sign in to ARGOS using your regular sign-on and password. Open the report launch tab, double click on a selected report, complete the drop down menus click next then preview, print or save your report. Since all months are available you may want to go back to last fiscal year to view and or save reports.
