Student Parking Permit You apply for a parking permit by going to the EIU home page, the University Police Department, then Parking Division. Students may either pay for the permit with a credit card or charge the permit to their student account. If you want your permit mailed, there will be an additional $3.00 charge. Otherwise, your will have to pick up your permit at the University Police Department.
