Student Parking Permit You apply for a parking permit by going to the EIU home page, the University Police Department, then Parking Division. You may purchase your 06-07 permit after July 15th. Students may either pay for the permit with a credit card or charge the permit to their student account. If you want your permit mailed, there will be an additional $2.50 charge. Otherwise, your will have to pick up your permit at the University Police Department.
