1. Is there a Cash-to-Chip machine in Lumpkin Hall?
Answer: No
2. Where is there a Cash-to-Chip machine close to Lumpkin Hall?

3. Can I pay cash for print jobs?
Answer: No

5. Which lab is open to the students during Lumpkin Hall Computer Lab hours?
Answer: Lumpkin 1020 is open because classes are not normally scheduled in the lab. Lumpkin 1011 and 1021 are available for students if there are no classes scheduled in the room (there is a schedule posted on the door to the rooms). Please check with the Help Desk (Lumpkin 1015) if you are unsure of the class schedule for Lumpkin 1011 and 1021.
6. Can I print from Lumpkin 1011 or 1021?
Answer: Yes. During class sessions, select printer LH_Class_1 in LH1011 or LH_Color_2 in LH1021. When there is no class in session, you may direct print jobs to LH_Laser_1 at the Help Desk and use your Panther Card to pay for printing.
7. Where is there a telephone that students can use?
Answer: Student Lounge on the main floor across from Roberson Auditorium
8. When are the 3rd and 4th floors accessible to meet with Instructors?
Answer: The 3rd and 4th floors are open to the public from 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday during Fall and Spring sessions and from 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Thursday and from 8:00AM to Noon on Friday during Summer sessions.
9. Whom do I contact to schedule a lab in Lumpkin Hall?

10. What equipment is available for check out at the Help Desk?
Answer: Digital camcorder, digital camera, stereo headphones.
11. Are there instructions available to show me how to use equipment in the computer labs?
Answer: Yes. Please stop by the Lumpkin Hall Help Desk (581-7019) for the instructions on the digital camera, how to access the Citrix server, how to duplex print, and how to copy files from the MAC CD-ROM drive to a USB flash drive. If there are other instructions you would like to have available please contact Toni Smith, Director of Administration, at 581-7813 or tmsmith@eiu.edu.
12. What if there is other equipment I would like to have available for check out at the Help Desk?

13. What do I do if I'm on a G4 Mac Laptop after launching Citrix, and a MAC Icon tray at the bottom hides the Windows start button?
Answer: Go to File on menubar and choose “Best Window Position.”
14. What do I do if I'm on a G4 Mac Laptop after launching Citrix, and a MAC Icon tray at the bottom hides the Windows start button, and I go to File on menubar and there is no "Best Window Position"?
Answer: Click the gray area underneath the toolbar, then go to File on the toolbar, and then click "Best Window Position."
