EELS (Loan System)

EELS is Eastern's Electronic Checkout System that allows EIU Students to check out various hardware equipment for specified periods of time. You will need your Panther Card to use this checkout system. Late fees will be applied to your Panther Card if equipment is checked in late. Other campus participation in the EELS checkout system are Gregg/Triad, Klehm Hall, and Coleman Hall with others to come in the future.
