Application Procedures and Forms Applying to the Biological Sciences Graduate Program is a two part process: (1) Application materials submitted to the BSGP office and (2) application materials submitted to the Graduate School. The forms listed below are available in paper form from the BSGP Coordinator or you can print the forms you need from this site. Applications for admission to the Biological Sciences Graduate Program are accepted at any time and you may begin your career at E.I.U. at mid-year. IF YOU DECIDE TO APPLY FOR A GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANTSHIP, YOUR APPLICATION(S) AND SUPPORTING INFORMATION MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 15, 2009. U.S. Residents: 1.
