*Modified and Standard Award Portfolios may only be prepared with permission of the Director.

Fees will be charged to your university account. For modified portfolios, you will be charged the submission fee first and then the per course fee after the portfolio has been evaluated.

Completed portfolios may only be submitted for evaluation during the first three weeks of Fall or Spring semester and not in the semester a student plans to graduate. Portfolio drafts may be submitted for review at any time.

Graduation Fee:
$25.00
This one time fee is payable at the time of application for graduation. Cap and gown are in addition to this fee.
