CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES GRIEVANCE POLICY
Board of Trustees Regulations require the University to establish grievance procedures for the resolutions of Civil Service employee grievances. Responsibility for developing and maintaining these procedures has been delegated to the Office of Employee and Labor Relations.
