EWP Submission Form & Information
Important
Information
(Things
you need to know before submitting your document)
If
you are a graduating senior: |

Spring Semester 2008: Every
effort should be made to get your submission(s) to us before April
4, 2008. 4 - 5 days after
submission, make sure you check the PAWS system to veryify your submission.
If there are problems, we will contact you through your EIU email account. |

Submission: 8:30 - 12:00 & 1
- 4:00 Monday - Friday
Submission Process

A student completes and prints the submission
form on-line. The writing sample is given to the course professor
along with the form. If the writing sample is approved (rated '2' or higher),
the professor will sign the submission form and the student is responsible
for bringing
both
the form and
the writing sample to 9th Street Hall, Room 3001. |

Submissions will
be posted to the PAWS system (same place where grades are posted). Students
should check on-line approximately 2 weeks after submitting. A submission
is not considered complete until it appears on the PAWS system. It may
take an additional 2-4 weeks to post submissions received during the
last 2 weeks of a semester. |
 |
If there is a problem with your submission, you will be contacted via
your EIU email account. If your submission has not appeared on PAWS, you
should
check this account. |
 |
Documents will be accepted one full semester after a student completes
a course, however a hold MAY be placed on your account until the submission
is received. |
