EIU Football and Cheerleader Reunion - 100th Homecoming Football Game

Friday, October 20, 2017 - Saturday, October 21, 2017

This year, EIU will celebrate its 100th Homecoming football game, and we are honored to invite you back to campus to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime event. Join your former football and cheerleading squad members this fall and enjoy the unique nostalgia and excitement that only an EIU Homecoming weekend can provide!

Homecoming weekend takes place Friday and Saturday, October 20 and 21, 2017, and includes:

- Friday, October 20

     4:00pm - O'Brien Tour 

               Enjoy of tour of O'Brien facilities and see all the exciting changes that have taken place over the years.  

     6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. Social Reception - Grand Ballroom - University Union 

               This is an opportunity for you and your former teammates to join together and catch up.  Hors d'oeuvres and cash refreshments will be available.  

Saturday, October 21 (Homecoming Day)

      9:30am - Homecoming parade 

      11:30am - Reunion Tailgate - O'Brien Stadium

                  Enjoy a tailgate with former football players, cheerleaders, family and friends.  $10 for a ticket which includes lunch and a cash bar will be available.  Food catered by WB's.

       2:00pm - Homecoming Football Game vs Jacksonville State 

                   EIU hosts Jacksonville State for the100 Homecoming football game.  Game tickets are $15 for adults, $7 for high school age and $5 for youth, ages 4 and up.  (Discounted price is for advance ticket sales only)
