Flight Arrangements & Arrival:

As regards travel arrangements, we suggest participants should plan to arrive on Thursday March 30th and leave Sunday April 2.

The closest Airport to Charleston , Illinois is Willard Airport (a regional Airport) in Champaign-Urbana. The Airport code is CMI. We will be picking participants with shuttle buses from the airport to Charleston (about 52 miles away). The Shuttle Buses will run every two hours or so. The Airlines that fly into Willard Airport are: American Airlines, North-West Airlines and Delta Airlines. For participants flying in from outside the United States check for their partner airlines in your country.

For participants who choose to flight into Chicago , Illinois , St. Louis , Missouri and Indianapolis , Indiana , the driving distance from the three cities to Charleston , Illinois are as follows:

-from Chicago (O'Hare or Midway Airports ) to Charleston about 4 hours;

- St. Louis to Charleston 2 1/2 hours;

-and Indianapolis to Charleston 2 hours.

If you decide to fly into these three cities, you will need to rent a car and drive to Charleston .

At the end of the conference we will shuttle participants back to Willard Airport on Sunday April 2.
