Accommodation:

We plan to provide shared double bed room accommodation for the duration of the conference (that is two conference participants to a room with two beds). For participants who prefer to stay alone, they will be responsible for their accommodation. The room rate is $75.00 + taxes. We are encouraging participants to share rooms because of limited funds. So let me know on or before Monday February 6, 2006 if you will be willing to share a room with another participant to enable us plan for your accommodation .
