Textbook Pick-Up and Return
All textbook arrangements are handled through the Textbook Rental Service. You may contact the Textbook Rental Service at 217/581-3626 for information about textbook delivery, pick-up and return.
FAQ's for Continuing Education students
Off campus students will have their textbooks mailed if they reside outside of Coles County or the instructor will bring them on the first night of class. When receiving textbooks in the mail, instructions will be included how to return the books to EIU. Students residing within Coles County are expected to pick up their books at Textbook Rental.
Please make sure your student mailing address is correct in PAWS. This address update is required by the Textbook Rental Service to ensure UPS textbook delivery, should this be the only means of getting textbooks to you. Post office box addresses are not accepted.
Those individuals who register late, or who have unclear records with the University, may not receive their textbooks on or before the first night of class.
