1 credit = 15 fifty min. sessions or 12.5 sixty min. or 1 weekend class

3. Request Equipment (on Course Proposal Form)

4. Complete the Contact Information Sheet

5. Complete the Vehicle Insurance Form

6. Complete the Copy Request Form (mandatory 7-days in advance)

7. Complete a Faculty Information Form
