Step 2: Tuition and Fees The cost of a Continuing Education class includes:
In-State or Online Undergraduate/Graduate Tuition Costs In-State or Online Undergraduate/Graduate Tuition Costs Effective FY05, State of Illinois Public Act 93-0228 (110 ILCS 665/10-120) policy provides that tuition for new undergraduate Illinois resident students will remain the same for four continuous academic years. The guaranteed tuition rate period is extended for undergraduate degree programs approved by the University for completion in more than four years. The extension is limited to the minimum number of additional semester(s) to complete the program as approved by the University. The list of programs approved by the University for completion in more than four years is maintained by the Provost. A Continuing Education fee of $37 per semester hour is a charge for off-campus courses. Waivers, including those available to civil service employees, may not be used for this fee. A $25 late registration fee will be charged if you wait to register after the late registration day. The $25 late registration fee applies only to semester-long courses. It does not apply to weekend courses. Consult the Off-Campus Calendar for this deadline.
