Electronic Writing Portfolio

How do I submit a document to my Electronic Writing Portfolio (EWP)?

1. In consultation with the instructor, select a paper you have written as an assignment for a writing intensive class.


2. Send a copy of the document to CASA by emailing it to Amy Richardson at asrichardson@eiu.edu. Send essay as a file attachment and put EWP in the subject line.


3. In addition to your essay, the CASA office will need a copy of the submission form. You can find the submission form at www.eiu.edu/~assess. Print the form, fill in the student information, and sign it. Have your instructor fill in the instructor's information and also sign it. Mail the completed form by US Mail to CASA, Ninth Street Hall, 600 Lincoln Ave., Charleston IL 61920 or fax to 217-581-7100.


4. Receipts will not be given. Please check PAWS under "Grades" to verify document posted to your record. This may take up to 10 days to post to an account.
