Benefits of early admission

The earlier you apply and are admitted, the sooner you are invited to come to campus to pre-register for classes. Prime classes do fill up with registered students. Eastern does review closed classes and often opens new sections over the registration period. It is important to apply and send your transcripts to Eastern Illinois University as early as possible. Eastern accepts applications one year in advance. Even if you have not finished your Transferable Associate Degree, it is important to start your admission file at Eastern.
