Directions for completing the Undergraduate Application for Admission

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Effective April 16, 2004, we will no longer be accepting freshman applications for Fall 2004. We are still accepting applications for transfer students.

Applications can only be accepted if the following directions are followed:

  1. Complete in full by typing responses directly onto application and then print.
  2. The $30.00 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee must be sent in with the application.
  3. Official transcripts must be submitted from the most recently attended high school and/or from all colleges attended.
  4. Applicable test scores, (ACT, SAT, GED) must be submitted.

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A RURAL ROUTE BOX NUMBER, PLEASE USE YOUR NEW 911 ADDRESS ON YOUR APPLICATION. THE POST OFFICE WILL NO LONGER DELIVER MAIL TO RURAL ROUTE NUMBERS.
