Directions for completing the undergraduate application for admission

Applications can only be accepted if the following directions are followed:

1. Complete in full by typing responses directly onto application, print and sign. After printing, be sure to hit the clear form button and close your browser.
2. The $30 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee must be sent in with the application.
3. Official transcripts must be submitted from the most recently attended high school and/or from all colleges attended.
4. Official test scores, (ACT, SAT, GED) must be submitted.
5. Send application, fee, official transcripts and applicable test scores to:
