7:30 - 8:30 a.m.* Check-in - Lantz Arena, north or south entrance *Between 9 - 9:30, please join us in Lantz Arena for the Welcome Celebration.  After 9:30, refer to schedule and your session of choice.  After your session, be sure to check in at the Bridge Lounge, 2nd floor, University Union.
7:30 - 9 a.m. Pick up complimentary lunch tickets, Lantz Arena, north balcony  Meal tickets will also be available at the Housing table (Alumni Lounge, 2nd floor, Union) from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.

9 - 9:30 a.m. Welcome Celebration - Lantz Arena Join the excitement and hear from our Director of Admissions and staff, how it feels to say “I am EIU.” Then we’ll get you going with an overview of the day’s events.

9:45 - 10:15 a.m. Transfer Students - MLK Jr. Union, 7th Street Underground Tips for students transferring from other colleges.
10 a.m. -1 p.m. Greek Court tours Leaving every half hour from lobby of Carman Hall.
10:45 - 11:15 a.m. Gateway Program - Effingham Room, 3rd floor, Union Come meet with advisers and students, find out what is expected of you and have your questions answered.
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Residence Hall Tours - simply go to the front desk of any residence hall Check out all your on-campus living options. Bring your measuring tape, camera and your imagination to visualize yourself in a room.
11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Campus tours-Vending Lounge, 1st floor, Union Note: Residence hall tours are not included as part of the campus tour.

Noon - 12:30 p.m. Ahead of the game - Effingham Room, 3rd floor, Union  Helpful tips for sophomores and juniors: how to position yourself to win in the college selection process

8:30 a.m. - 4 P.m. One-on-one financial aid counseling, Office of Financial Aid,  Student Services Bldg  
8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Pay your New Student Enrollment Deposit and/or apply for housing, Cashiers Office (9 a.m. - 3 p.m), Southeast entrance, Old Main or Ticket Office, 2nd floor west end, Union Take advantage of being on-campus and take care of some of your enrollment steps while your here.
