Wednesday, March 9, 2011 - James K. Johnson Conference room

Chair Sterling called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.

I.  Minutes

On the motion of Kammerling and second of Cromwell, the minutes of 02/16/11 were approved unanimously.

II.  Assessment presentation

Drs. Small and Cornebise presented assessment summaries and discussed the process, results and implications with the committee.

III.  Entrepreneurship minor

Motion made (Simpson) and seconded (Hoerschelmann) to suspend by-laws and add proposal to the agenda. 

• 10.29 Proposed revision to electives in Entrepreneurship minor

Item was discussed.  Motion made (Hoerschelmann) and seconded (Cromwell) to approve.  Item approved unanimously (6-0)

Dr. Coromina exited the meeting at 3:50 and quorum was lost.

IV.  By-Law revisions

Remaining committee members discussed by-law revisions.  Members will bring input to next meeting.
