I. Minutes
The minutes of May 2, 2011 and August 15, 2011 were approved by acclamation.
II. Communications
Dates impacting effective dates for spring 2012, summer 2012 and fall 2012 changes were discussed.
Copies of the current bylaws were distributed. They will be revisited this year.
III. Executive Actions
Dean Poulter shared executive actions addressing the cleanup from CMN changes and ENG action to align their requirements with IAI.
VI. Items added to the agenda
• 11.01 Proposed revisions to the Latin American Studies Minor
• 11.02 Proposed revisions to the Music Teacher Certification option
V. Call for student representatives
