Wednesday, April 22, 2009 – CAH Conference room

Chair Coit called the meeting to order at 3:01 p.m.

I.    Minutes

The minutes from 2/04/09 were approved as written.  The minutes from 4/17/09 were approved as revised.

II.    Communications

The following items were discussed.  Copies will be e-mailed to the department chairs for distribution within their departments.
•    E-mail communication from Mary Herrington-Perry regarding pre-requisite enforcement in BANNER to be included with new or revised course proposals
•    CEPS proposal 09-01 approved by COTE on April 14, 2009

III.    Executive Actions

The following request was discussed. It was noted that it is too late to be effective fall 2009.  
•    Request to change course pre-fix  to RLS for PHI 1200G/1290G

IV.    Items added to the agenda

Grant Sterling motioned and Stephen Swords seconded to suspend the by-laws add the above items to today’s agenda.  Motion approved unanimously.
