Chair Sterling called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m.
I. Minutes
Following the coronation ceremony, on the motion of Hoerschelmann and second of Swords, the minutes of 03/23/11, with minor corrections, were approved unanimously.
II. Executive Action items
Change in title and slight changes to catalog descriptions for CMN 2525 and 3540.
Change in title for CMN 2575.
These will be forwarded to CAA.

Olaf Hoerschelmann presented the proposal and addressed questions from the committee. Motion made (Johnson) and seconded (Coromina) to approve. Item approved with minor revision (8-0)
