County Animal Rescue and Education (CARE)
Please don't forget the animals! Cats and dogs need help just as much as humans. CARE is a non-profit agency focusing on the safety of stray animals as well as rabies control. CARE also educates the Charleston/Mattoon area about proper animal care and protection.
