Software Requirements

The following are the minimum software requirements for using WebCT as a student or designer:

Recommended Viewers

Some class material requires you to have plug-ins installed on your computer so that you may be able to view or open them. Below is a list of some plug-ins that you might need, as well as a link where you can download them.

Check to see which of these software packages are already installed on your computer before you proceed with downloading and installing them again.  Sometimes you need to upgrade to the latest shipping version of a particular software program in order to make it work properly with some of the technologies used on new web sites.  Any special software or plug-ins that you need will usually be identified on your course web site.  You will also find links on downloding the necessary softare and other information on the course site.
