Summer 2017 Information

The deadline to return or postmark Summer 2017 textbooks from on-campus courses without a fine was Monday, August 7, 2017 at 4 p.m.  There is no penalty for textbooks returned at any point during the semester/term prior to the return deadline, with the exception of textbooks associated with dropped/withdrawn courses. Textbooks can be returned inside our facility during regular business hours or, for your convenience after business hours, please utilize our exterior book drop located under the awning at the Northeast corner of our facility.

Late fines are charged $20 per book and are posted to individual student accounts immediately following the return deadline of Monday, August 7, 2017 at 4 p.m. for textbooks from on-campus courses not returned or postmarked by the deadline.  Late textbooks are only accepted during the five-day grace period and will be subject to a $20 per book late fine, with the exception of textbooks from online and off-campus courses.  The five-day grace period deadline and the deadline to return or postmark textbooks from online and off-campus courses without a fine and textbook charges was Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 4:30 p.m.  After the five-day grace period deadline, no textbooks will be accepted from on-campus, online, and off-campus courses and all late textbook charges are posted to the associated student account along with the previously posted late fine charges. There are no refunds.

**Textbooks must be returned by the deadline and cannot be returned when students return to campus for the Fall 2017 semester.

Note: If a student has mailed their textbooks back to us, we go by the postmark date on your package.  We encourage the insuring of all packages.

We recommend a waterproof book bag/backpack or another type of protective method for transporting your textbooks to and from our facility.  Keep them away from food, drink, and all other potentially damaging situations, including protecting your textbooks from weather-related conditions.
