Spring 2013 Information
The deadline to return Spring 2013 textbooks without a fine was Friday, May 3, 2013 at 3 p.m. Late fines are charged $20 per book and are posted to individual student accounts immediately following the return deadline. Late textbooks are accepted during the five-day grace period. All textbooks returned after the established deadline and during the five-day grace period will be subject to a $20 per book late fine. After the five-day grace period, no textbooks are accepted and all late textbook charges are posted to the associated student account along with the previously posted late fine charges. There are no refunds. This five-day grace period expired Friday, May 10, 2013, at 4:30 p.m.
If you drop or withdraw from a course, you must return all associated textbooks within two business days of dropping/withdrawing the class to avoid charges. For dropped/withdrawn courses, a non-refundable $20 per book processing fee will be charged for the associated textbooks not returned within the designated time frame. In addition, all textbooks not needed should be returned immediately.
