Who should you contact for repair service on-campus??
Students, should contact their Residence Hall Desk Clerk.
Staff & Faculty should contact the telecommunications office at 581-5951 during normal business hours OR leave a detailed voice mail
Off-Campus Repairs should be called into Illinois Consolidated Telephone Company (ICTC) at 1+800-553-7611. You can report problems 24 hours a day.
