Welcome to the Polymers Laboratory

The Polymers Laboratory provides students opportunities to gain knowledge in the areas of polymeric and composite material fundamentals, manufacturing processes and applications including plastics, polymeric composites and other composite materials. Students gain hands on experience using extruders and rotational and injection molding equipment to produce products such as toy footballs and other molded items.
