Dr. Deborah Woodley is serving as interim chair in the Lumpkin College of Business & Applied Sciences School of Technology at Eastern Illinois University.

Dr. Woodley received her PhD from the University of Illinois, a Master of Science degree in Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Eastern Illinois University.

Research

Dr. Woodley is a certified Franklin Covey facilitator and has conducted numerous workshops on the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People". Her research interests include performance improvement through the performance appraisal system, training systems management and self-directed work teams.
