Lucy Campanis is an associate professor in the School of Family and Consumer Sciences.  She received a PhD in Family and Consumer Sciences Education (Home Economics Education), a Master of Education, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics Education from the Pennsylvania State University.
