The Process





Patrick Sanaghan's Collaborative Strategic Planning in Higher Education will serve as the guide for Eastern's strategic planning process. Sanaghan has shared his expertise on strategic planning, leadership development and facilitation techniques with more than 100 colleges and universities during the past 25 years.

Sanaghan's five-phase process is designed to meaningfully engage the University's stakeholders with the goal of creating a shared future vision for the institution. Please use the graphic on the homepage or the navigation to the left to learn more about this collaborative process.
