College of Sciences Student Advisory Board Student Assistance Award

Description

The College of Sciences Student Advisory Board is offering this award to students who have overcome some type of hardship or adversity during their college career in order to continue their education. The recipient shall be a full-time student at Eastern Illinois University with a declared major in the College of Sciences. The recipient must have attained at least sophomore status and have a GPA of 2.5 or better. Financial need is a consideration. The award will be presented at the College of Science's annual Science Fest. The award shall be payable in the spring semester to Eastern Illinois University to be first applied against costs (tuition, fees, housing, etc.) associated with the recipient attending EIU. Both forms, student and faculty, must be completed by deadline date.
