The recipient shall be accepted as a full-time graduate student in a masters degree program at Eastern Illinois University. The recipient must have degree status in the selected program and provide evidence of full-time enrollment (9 or more semester hours) or have enrollment in a program approved internship each semester that support is available. The recipient shall have demonstrated good character, high scholarship ability, financial need, and a potential for worthy future achievement. This award is announced in the Spring Semester and shall be paid over two years, beginning in the following Fall Semester, in four equal installments.
