Student Handbook
The nursing student handbook will guide your activities while in the program. The current handbook at the time of your acceptance into the program remains yours until graduation. Please choose the handbook that applies to you.

- Read and understand the student handbook.
- Fill out the online form stating you have read the student handbook. You MUST complete this step.
- Fill out the Statement of Responsibility/Waiver of Liability form and fax it or complete it online here.
