EIU Honor Choir Festival Singers

The EIU Choral Ensembles are proud to announce the 2014 EIU Honor Choir Festival Singers. This event will take place on Thursday, February 6 and Sunday, February 9, 2014. The Honor Choir will perform Sunday afternoon as part of Eastern’s Songs of Love Concert in the Doudna Fine Arts Center (http://www.eiu.edu/doudna/) under the direction of Dr. Richard Robert Rossi, Director of Choral and Orchestral Activities. In addition to the Honor Choir preparing their selections, they will also have the opportunity to perform with the Eastern Illinois University Concert Choir accompanied by the Eastern Symphony Chamber Orchestra in Daniel Pinkham's Wedding Cantata. 

The deadline to submit the application and $25.00 application fee per student is January 13, 2014. Both the invite letter, which outlines the event and the rehearsal schedule, along with an application form can be found at the following links:
