The Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics has two option areas: Dietetic Internship (DI) and Nutrition Education. The Dietetic Internship Option (NDDI) includes the ACEND accredited DI, which is a step in becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). The DI has a Nutrition Education Emphasis and participates in the DICAS matching process in both the spring and fall. The Nutrition Education Option (NDDE) is designed for individuals who are not seeking the RDN credential but who want to work in the area of nutrition or already have the RDN credential.
